How to Manage Your Booking
Need to view your past trips, check an upcoming ride, or update your account? Follow these simple steps:
2. Log In to Your Account – Enter your registered phone number or email address and password to sign in.
3. Navigate to “Booking History” – Once logged in, click on Booking History from the main menu or top banner.
4. Filter Your Trips – Use the tabs at the top of the table to view:
In Progress: Rides currently active or underway.
Prebookings: Upcoming scheduled rides.
Completed: Past completed trips and receipts.
Cancelled: Any rides that were previously cancelled.
5. Modify or Cancel- Select any upcoming ride under Prebookings to view trip details, update information, or cancel the booking if needed.
